Project Information: This promotional poster for Ben Harper began as an art assignment, but I decided to use it as a focal point for a new poster.
The portrait was painted on thick paper using gouache. Texture for the hair was created by mixing gouache with a gel medium. The hand made qualities communicates Ben's authentic and grassroots style of music.
