I found out about this group, Playing for Change after watching The Tonight Show with Conan o’ Brien and decided to do some more research. This is quoted from their website:

I really like the grass roots feel of the whole thing and the idea of different people speaking different languages, but all playing the same song. This video is a cover of Sam Cooke’s “Bring it on home to me.” Cooke is probably one of the greatest artist overlooked by many.
